Google API Disclosure & Data Security
Taurus Solutions Corp utilizes Google Business Profile APIs to provide reputation management services. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Encryption at Rest: All Google OAuth tokens and retrieved review data are stored in encrypted databases using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
- 30-Day Retention: We enforce a strict 30-day automated purge policy for all cached Google Business Profile content to ensure your data is never stored longer than necessary for active management.
- AI Safety & Non-Training: AI-generated drafts are produced in real-time for your review. We do not use Google user data to train, tune, or improve our AI models or share such data with third-party AI research entities.
- Human-in-the-Loop: No data is published back to Google without direct human intervention and approval by the Business Owner.
2. Google API Services User Data Policy
Taurus Solutions' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not share Google User Data with third parties unless required by law or as necessary to provide and improve the functionality of our application.
3. Data Retention
We implement strict data retention policies to ensure your data is not held longer than necessary.
Cached Data: Any review data, profile information, or metrics cached from external APIs (including Google Business Profile) is retained for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, data is either refreshed from the source or permanently deleted.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.
